The macroseismic questionnaire collect complaints of citizens who are in areas affected by a seismic event. It consists of a series of simple questions through which users communicate their views. The questions refer to the effect that the earthquake produce on people and things, and make possible the realization of the seismic maps.
Also important other reports of those who have not felt the earthquake.

This web application use Javascript client-side functions to check user data in real-time, to submit a consistent questionnaire.
